Prismatic Powders Production Technician - NIC INDUSTRIES : Job Details

Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and looking to be part of a fast-paced production team? NIC Industries and one of its brands, Prismatic Powders, a leader in the powder coating industry, is looking for a Production Technician to help fulfill customer orders and produce high-quality powder coating products. Currently we offer two shifts 4am-12:30 M-F, and 12:30-11pm M-Th. What You'll Do: As a Production Technician, you'll be hands-on in our manufacturing process. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Operating production equipment
• Packaging and labeling finished products
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization of your work area
• Consistently fulfill 15-20 colors orders per hour
• Following work orders and priorities to meet deadlines

You'll also assist with tasks like refilling raw materials, identifying process improvements, and supporting special projects as needed. What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and standing for long periods
• Physically able to lift up to 70 lbs and work in a loud production environment
• Experience with inventory management is a plus

Pre-Employment Requirements:

• Pass a criminal background check
• Pass a drug screening, including testing for THC (marijuana)
