Job Description :

Join our team as an Office Services Associate Print, where you'll take charge of print production, manage reprographics services, and ensure streamlined document management. Your role is pivotal in maintaining efficient operations and delivering top-notch print materials. The ideal candidate thrives on attention to detail, possesses technological prowess, and is committed to providing outstanding print and reprographics services. Reporting to either the Lead Office Services Print Associate or the Client Relations Manager, you'll play a key role in our daily operations.

Pay - Rate: $23/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Essential Responsibilities:

Print Production & Management (25%)

  • Operate and maintain a variety of printing equipment, including digital printers, copiers, and wide-format printers, to fulfill print requests.
  • Prioritize print jobs based on deadlines and urgency, optimizing print production workflows for efficiency.
  • Ensure precise color calibration and adjust settings as necessary to uphold print quality and consistency.

Reprographics Services (10%)

  • Manage reprographics requests, covering copying, scanning, binding, and finishing services for diverse documents and materials.
  • Monitor reprographics queues, track progress, and provide timely updates to clients and team members.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient reprographics workflow to meet service level agreements.

Quality Control & Proofing (15%)

  • Conduct comprehensive quality checks on printed materials to verify accuracy, proper formatting, and compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with clients to review proofs and make required adjustments before finalizing print orders.
  • Address any print-related issues promptly, including paper jams, misprints, or image distortions.

Customer Service & Communication (5%)

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting clients with inquiries, offering guidance, and managing expectations throughout the print and reprographics process.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with team members and clients, ensuring clear and timely updates on job status and completion timelines.
  • Foster collaboration with other office service associates and departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

Inventory & Supplies Management (10%)

  • Manage a comprehensive inventory of printing supplies, including paper, ink, toner, and other consumables, to ensure availability for all print jobs.
  • Monitor supply levels and coordinate orders to prevent stockouts and minimize downtime.
  • Assist in vendor management, liaising with suppliers for timely deliveries and cost-effective procurement.

Record Keeping & Reporting (10%)

  • Maintain accurate records of all print and reprographics jobs, documenting job details, materials used, and associated costs.
  • Generate regular reports on print volume, reprographics services, and equipment performance to support decision-making and resource planning.

Training (5%)

  • Actively engage in training programs, including utilizing the Cornerstone platform, to enhance your knowledge and skills as an Office Services Associate Print.

Position Requirements/Experience/Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a college degree.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications.
