General Summary: The Sourcing Analyst is responsible for managing sourcing events across various print and packaging categories with our supply partners, while introducing new supplier options to maintain excellence in sourcing outcomes. The Sourcing Analyst is also responsible for understanding the requirements of each sourcing initiative, managing corresponding supplier relationships, and ensuring that results are implemented and sustained. This role will utilize the individual's extensive print and/or packaging background to appropriately source all components of each project, achieving the best value and quality possible. This position will be the catalyst for our team, providing the very best Client experience possible. PREFERABLE LIVING LOCATIONS ARE CHICAGO, IL, MIAMI, FL, or NYC Responsibilities: • Procuring printed and packaging materials and services efficiently and cost-effectively • Negotiating with vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring quality control throughout the print production process • Identifying and selecting reliable suppliers, managing print and packaging specifications, understanding production requirements, and timelines • Ensuring all printed materials meet the required standards and client specifications; implementing quality control procedures; and troubleshooting any issues or discrepancies that arise during the production process • Working closely with internal teams (sales, account managers, etc.) to understand their print needs and requirements; communicating effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders; and participating in project meetings • Interact with the supplier, including participation in QBR meetings with key supply partners • Enter all information into the Windows-based computer system on a network using Microsoft Office components, as well as custom databases • Utilize printing experience and knowledge to analyze any specifications related to the job, disseminating the information for both internal and external use • Daily communication will be conducted both in writing and orally, both internally and externally. • Utilize background to ensure proper project placement • Essential to have the ability to negotiate with suppliers domestically and internationally • Monitor productivity standards and KPI while assisting employees with compliance Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience as a print and/or packaging sourcing analyst in a commercial environment • Must be able to apply past experiences to daily challenges with a sense of urgency • Required to have a making it happen and owning the job attitude • Web, sheet-fed, digital, and Flexo printing experience in the manufacturing process • Knowledge of estimating and sourcing • Knowledge of Direct mail, USPS, and co-production knowledge • Interact with suppliers; Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills • Essential to have excellent verbal and written communication skills • Must be a problem solver and handle challenges creatively • Experienced in an MS Office/Windows-based computing environment on a network • Required to have an advanced Excel skill level, able to create computer-based spreadsheets, analysis, and reporting • Experience with NetSuite is a plus • Must effectively manage business common sense and be able to handle daily challenges, both internally and with customers • Must be able to prioritize work to meet scheduled deadlines while handling multiple tasks • Work on special projects as needed Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 yearly

Compensation: $80,000-$90,000 per year
