The Challenge

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing team providing consulting services for Adobe Workfront's Gen Studio Implementations. The team specializes in implementing advanced content supply chains, integrating Workfront with other Adobe solutions and client infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience with Adobe Workfront, including designing and developing integrations and automations with Fusion. You will serve as the technical authority for campaign management, content workflows, review and approval processes, transaction automation, and third-party integrations.

Knowledge of the entire content supply chain—such as campaign planning, content creation, enterprise DAM, Adobe Experience Manager, and personalization platforms—is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver detailed technology solutions through project activities.
  • Handle problem identification, system architecture, hardware/software specifications, implementation, testing, training, and deployment.
  • Engage with project teams and client leaders, monitor project costs and schedules.
  • Assist with sales activities, including proposals and client presentations.
  • Identify additional product or service opportunities within client organizations.
  • Measure performance based on utilization and successful delivery within budgeted hours.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of client-facing experience in integration or implementation roles.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, HCM, CRM) and APIs (RESTful/GraphQL).
  • Awareness of web security best practices.
  • Experience with AI tools like Generative AI, Copilot, Firefly is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Salary range in the U.S. is $162,200 – $309,900 annually, depending on location, experience, and skills.
