Will be managing the Configurations of the various UKG modules JD: As a Principal Solution Analyst - UKG, you'll play a key role in shaping and implementing technology solutions that directly support and transform our business operations. You'll be the go-to expert for designing and configuring UKG platforms (formerly Kronos), ensuring they align with real business needs and outcomes. Unlike a developer, this role is less about coding and more about strategic system design, configuration, and collaboration. You'll lead projects, mentor junior team members, and act as a key liaison between IT and business stakeholders. What You'll Do

• Lead the design and configuration of UKG/Kronos solutions to meet evolving business needs
• Serve as a subject matter expert across multiple Kronos modules (Timekeeping, Accruals, Absence, Analytics, etc.)
• Collaborate with business leaders to define requirements, identify process improvements, and drive impactful technology solutions
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of learning and innovation
• Partner with cross-functional teams to manage project milestones, resolve issues, and deliver high-impact outcomes
• Use your expertise in Agile/BDD methodologies to drive efficient and value-driven solutions

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in a business or technology-facing role
• Strong knowledge of UKG/Kronos platforms and related integration tools
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies and systems development lifecycles
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to mentor others while also driving complex projects to success
