This is an individual contributor role with high visibility across the company. You will collaborate with data platform leadership, engineering, and data analytics to deliver technical product capabilities and support revenue-generating initiatives. You will lead initiatives related to tagging and tracking solutions, data processing and storage systems, reporting and visualization tools, experimentation frameworks, and data governance systems, aligning with GoodRx's platform goals and industry best practices.

• Strategic Planning & Roadmapping: Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to inform and contribute to the strategic roadmap for core data platform products and services. Assess business needs and industry technical advancements to shape the roadmap to support the company's goals.
• Platform Development: Drive the development of key platform capabilities in close partnership with engineering and platform leadership. Define scope, goals, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and success metrics; monitor impact and guide iteration.
• Tools & Vendor Management: Evaluate third-party tools, contribute to vendor selection and integration planning, and oversee development efforts related to vendor tool integration.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Work with product management, data engineers, data scientists, software developers, and data analysts to prioritize tasks and deliver high-impact solutions that reflect GoodRx's platform goals.
• Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and milestones; prepare clear reports on data platform capabilities for management.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years focused on data platform capabilities and data-driven products.
• Strong familiarity with data warehouses, data catalogs, data lakes, ETL, data visualization, and analytics platforms.
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale data platform features and improvements; excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Experience using complex datasets to conceptualize, build, and launch large-scale solutions; strong analytical skills to drive product decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and ability to manage stakeholder expectations at all levels.

• Proficiency in SQL and Python; experience in healthcare/healthtech with regulatory and privacy considerations.
• Experience managing vendor tools and evaluating third-party data products.
