We are seeking a Principal Systems Integration & Test Engineer to join our Engineering team in Springfield, Virginia, serving as the Site Technical Lead. This role involves approximately 20% site leadership activities and 80% technical systems engineering and program execution.

• Lead site communication and coordination with customer representatives, including daily status updates and facility tours.
• Support the execution of activities on a complex satellite ground system, including maintenance, software deliveries, and on-site support.
• Oversee and support the on-site engineering team and provide technical SME support.
• Participate in Agile program environment and work in a classified lab setting.

• Bachelor's in STEM with at least 8 years of relevant experience or 6 years with a Master's degree.
• Experience working on-site with multiple stakeholders and troubleshooting software/system issues.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

• Experience in satellite ground system development or operations.
• Knowledge of ground station/satellite domains and tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket.
• Programming experience in Java, C++, or Python, and Linux OS familiarity.
