Our team provides Quality oversight by ensuring continuous monitoring of metrics and conformance to requirements during the development, implementation, integration, verification & validation phase of a program.
You will apply advanced technical skills and knowledge to assess and resolve technical problems, guide program teams to successful and compliant milestones and bolster a culture of technical excellence and mission assurance through our people with available mentoring, training, and opportunities for advancement based on performance. You will possess a strong academic foundation and experience in aerospace systems or engineering.
This is an on-site role in Forest, Mississippi.
What You Will DoThe salary range for this role is 90,000 USD - 182,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
