As a Principal Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing how startups and enterprise organizations approach cloud technology. Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and building robust microservices, API, and containerization solutions.
  • Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure DevOps solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
  • Champion best practices in cloud architecture, containerization, CI/CD, and Kubernetes to elevate the quality and reliability of our solutions.
  • Lead the implementation of automation processes to streamline deployment, monitoring, and maintenance tasks.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience as a Software Engineer at a SaaS, startup, or in related SaaS consulting company.
  • Extensive experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Experience building APIs and Microservices.
  • Proficiency in Golang, Node.JS, Java, Rust.
  • Proficiency in cloud technologies such as AWS or GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
  • Strong grasp of CI/CD principles and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI).
  • Experience with Terraform IaC or related DevOps tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
