Job Description:

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for process improvement and a track record of delivering measurable results? We're looking for aPrincipal, Quality Black Beltto lead high-impact initiatives that elevate customer experience, reduce defects, and streamline operations across our organization.

In this role, you won't just improve processes — you'll shape how we work. You'll partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver breakthrough performance using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Do:

• Lead enterprise-level improvement projectsusing Lean, Six Sigma, and project management methodologies.

• Turn data into actionby designing collection plans, performing statistical analysis, and uncovering insights that drive change.

• Build business casesthat quantify ROI, cost savings, and operational impact.

• Collaborate across functionsto align stakeholders, communicate progress, and deliver results.

• Coach and mentorteams in Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, 5S, and Kaizen — and lead by example.

• Champion a culture of continuous improvementand operational excellence.

Job Qualifications:

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Master's or MBA preferred).

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification(required).

• 10+ years of experience in process improvement and project leadership.

• Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, or PMP methodologies (certification a plus).

• Experience working in hybrid operations (onshore/offshore) and cross-functional environments.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Tableau, Smartsheets, and other reporting tools.
