If you have a passion for reinventing the shopping experience and enjoy building new experiences from the ground up, this position is for you. ‘Amazon Haul' is a shopping experience in the Amazon Shopping app that provides customers in the US a place to discover affordable fashion, home, lifestyle, electronics, and other products, all priced at $20 or less. This discovery-driven customer experience features an intuitive browse-based design and escalating discounts to encourage exploration and larger basket sizes. Launched in November 2024, it is still early in its journey, making it an exciting time to join the team.

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager (Tech) to work in a rapidly changing industry, developing products and innovating for our customers. You will collaborate with a cross-disciplinary and tech team to conceive, design, and develop innovative discovery and shopping experiences.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and product tradeoffs
  • Technical product management experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience working directly with engineers on product enhancements
  • Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Our compensation reflects labor costs across US markets. The base pay ranges from $161,900 to $279,900 annually, depending on factors like location, knowledge, skills, and experience.
