Lilly is currently constructing an advanced manufacturing facility for production of API molecules located in Lebanon, IN. This facility is Lilly's largest investment in manufacturing capacity and is intended to provide APIs for current and future products. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of the leadership team for the startup of a greenfield manufacturing site, and the successful candidate will help to build the organization, the facility, and the culture to enable a successful startup into GMP manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:As a Process Control and Automation Engineer (I&C), you will be responsible for providing continuous support to automation platforms. This includes troubleshooting process interruptions, diagnostics of field devices, communication issues, and platform security events. You will also support and contribute your technical expertise to enhance automation system performance and operability.

Compensation for this position ranges from $64,500 to $143,000, depending on education, experience, skills, and location. Full-time employees are eligible for bonuses, benefits, 401(k), pension, vacation, health benefits, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, and well-being programs. Lilly reserves the right to modify these programs at its discretion.
