Oracle Cloud Supply Chain, Procurement Lead – Principal

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Oracle SCM Cloud implementation, establishing end-to-end business processes in Inventory, Order Management, Global Order Promising, Shipping & Logistics, and Product Data Hub for a global retail client.
  • Design business processes, configure systems, create functional specifications, and validate RICE objects.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs, lead testing, training, and support post go-live.
  • Require 10-13 years of Oracle Supply Chain experience, including 6-8 years in areas like Order to Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, Shipping, and Global Order Promising.
  • Deep knowledge of supply chain management, cloud inventory management, and Oracle Order Management.
  • Experience with manufacturing, retail, or CPG industries is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Thought Leadership & Practice Development:

  • Develop and deliver service offerings, share insights, and contribute to knowledge management.

Sales & Marketing:

  • Support client proposals, presentations, and industry research.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle SCM technologies, business process analysis, and system integration.
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud Product Suite.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
