Responsibilities

- Curriculum and instructional theory expertise.
- Data analysis skills for program improvement.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with staff and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in technology and productivity software (e.g., MS Office).
Education and Experience
- Master's Degree from an accredited institution.
- Eligibility for state administrative or principal certification.
- Valid state teaching certificate preferred if pursuing administrative certification.
- At least 3 years of instructional/supervisory leadership experience.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience.
- Experience working with at-risk youth is preferred.
