We are looking for you to join our team as a Principal Manufacturing Analyst based out of Sunnyvale, CA.

Position is on-site in Sunnyvale, CA and cannot be performed remotely.

We seek Principal Manufacturing Analysts who use a unique skill set that includes a hands-on approach and act as the production focal point for management of bill of material and production planning within the Mission Systems.

What you will get to do:

The selected candidate will support production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. Other duties may include:

  • Performing activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering.
  • Facilitating self-directed work teams, providing training in core skill areas to teams and peers, and interacting with internal and external customers with respect to product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement.
  • Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, production or inventory control OR Master's Degree with 3 or more years of experience in manufacturing, production, or inventory control (An additional 4 years of experience in manufacturing, production or inventory control may be considered in lieu of a degree).
    • Ability to work any shift depending on business needs.
    • Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
    • US Citizenship required.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • Experience with spare parts management and reporting.
    • Experience in an engineering environment.
    • SAP experience.

    Salary Range: $91,200 - $136,800

    The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
