Principal Learning Consulting Key ResponsibilitiesYour core mission is crystal clear: Transform every student's educational journey by empowering Guides and learners to achieve our triple promise - fostering a love for learning, doubling the pace of achievement, and mastering essential life skills. Excellence is the only option.Basic RequirementsThe ideal candidate will bring:

• Willingness to work on-site at one of our premium locations: Orange County, San Francisco, Washington D.C., or Raleigh
• Bachelor's degree (field open)
• 5+ years of proven experience in education, L&D, coaching, or related fields
• Track record of developing groundbreaking educational initiatives
• Exceptional leadership abilities with a talent for building and inspiring high-performance teams
• Meaningful experience working with students aged 5-18
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to improvement
• U.S. work authorization
