Morris Education and Community Center Alternative High School and Ancillary Programs Application Deadline: October 20, 2025 or until filled Beginning Date: As Soon As Possible Salary Range: $94,592 - $96,493 (commensurate with experience) Qualifications:

Master's Degree from or enrolled in a School Administration/Educational Leadership program.

Must meet administrator certification requirements as established by the Michigan Department of Education.

Administrative experience preferred.

Possession of valid Michigan teaching certificate.

Evidence of successful secondary teaching experience

Ability to communicate a vision of success and gain commitment from stakeholders

Knowledge and successful experience with implementing a school improvement plan and initiatives

Knowledge and successful experience with researching, writing, managing, and evaluating grants.

Knowledge and successful experience in working with at-risk students preferred.

Demonstrated leadership experience in:
