As a GBE Business Partner within the global IT Service Management (ITSM) team, you will lead efforts to deliver business value through incident and problem management. You will implement effective ITSM processes, establish best practices, and support enterprise adoption, enabling IT to improve decision-making, proactively address problems, and restore IT services swiftly to minimize business disruption. You will develop technology solutions to deliver integrated services and enhance user experiences across Honeywell.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ITSM enhancement projects to improve service delivery and efficiency.
- Analyze, document, and report on ITSM processes and performance metrics.
- Verify releases into production to ensure smooth transitions.
- Coordinate handovers between IT teams to maintain service continuity.
- Promote service management best practices across the organization.
- Align IT activities with financial objectives outlined in the IT Annual Operating Plan.
- Ensure ITSM processes are fit for purpose and continuously improved.
- Maintain compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Enhance user experience through innovative technology solutions.
- Oversee vendors and IT deployments to ensure quality service delivery.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- Extensive experience in IT Service Management, including incident and problem management.
- Proven ability to lead ITSM enhancement projects.
- Strong documentation, analysis, and reporting skills.
- Experience verifying releases and facilitating IT handovers.
- Ability to drive best practices and monitor financial objectives.
- Deep understanding of IT compliance and user experience improvements.
- Experience overseeing vendors and IT deployments.
