Role- Principal Engineer / Senior Change Management ConsultantLocation – NYC, NY 10007Working Model - Onsite - Hybrid (2-3 day's work from office)Duration – Full-time Employment

Job Overview:

  • Organizational Change Management (OCM) professional should be able to communicate, facilitate and train and to help organizations successfully navigate transitions to new product/system.

Key Responsibilities of an OCM Professional:

  • Developing and Implementing Change Strategies- Create and execute change management strategies and plans tailored to specific initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Communication - Develop and deliver communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Training - Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Stakeholder Management - Identify, analyze, and manage key stakeholders, addressing their concerns and ensuring their buy-in to the change.
  • Change Readiness Assessment - Assess organizational readiness for change, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans.
  • Integration with Project Plans - OCM activities are integrated into project plans to ensure a smooth and coordinated transition.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation - Track the progress of change initiatives, evaluate their effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments to strategies.
