As an Engineer, Database Admin, you will analyze database requirements needed for the development of applications, programs and operations. You will submit recommendations for solutions which require definition of the physical structure and functional capabilities of databases, and require data security and data backup/recovery specifications. You will also be responsible for detailed specification proposals and flowcharts and coordinating installation of revised or new systems. Job Description. Install, patch, and clone Oracle e-Business Suite Applications, Middleware and Database System for development, QA and Production environments. Monitor system availability and performance of Oracle D - Bs using Oracle Grid Control/ Enterprise manager. Install and configure Oracle Grid Control for monitoring DB and Host targets. Set up High Availability, DR for Oracle Databases: Oracle grid infrastructure, cluster setup and high availability configuration.
