AECOM is hiring a Principal Director of Interiors, NY for our NY Metro Buildings Places practice. Our NYC Interiors studio is actively seeking a dynamic for our Principal Director of Interiors, NY Buildings Places business unit who will function as the practice leader to lead, inspire and build the Interiors practice in the NY Metro area market. This role will be based out of AECOM's NYC office. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Provide strategic vision and day-to-day administration of the Interiors group. Responsible for development and execution of goals, business plan and profitability, aligning efforts with regional and national business unit plans and goals. Work in partnership with Interiors Leadership (Design Director, Operations, Technical) to achieve business and practice goals. Participate in the review of fee proposals and workload projection for projects.
