Amazon Robotics is undergoing a Digital Transformation, and QTS is leading the conversion of multiple Systems of Systems including ERP, PLM, MES, and Supply Chain Planning. We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to oversee the Super-System and deliver a flexible, scalable, reliable, and robust set of products across product development, supply chain, manufacturing, deployment, and support. The principal PM will also lead the PMT community of practice in QTS, guiding a talented team towards high-quality, standardized deliverables through exemplary leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Owning the roadmaps of our interconnected enterprise software ecosystem that enables the delivery of the Global Supply Chain for all Robotics in Amazon Fulfillment Network.
• Promoting and teaching product management fundamentals across the organization to enhance the PMT skillset.
• Influencing partner tech and non-tech organizations to align roadmaps and implement in-house technology solutions, preventing unnecessary system proliferation.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and product trade-offs.
• Technical product management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience collaborating directly with engineers on product enhancements.
• Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement.

The salary range for this position varies by geographic location, from $161,900 to $279,900 annually, with additional compensation options available.
