Principal Design Engineer - Mitsubishi Electric Corporation : Job Details

Provide engineering leadership and technical consultation to all CPSD departments, with a focus on supporting Engineering, Quality, and Service teams. Lead significant engineering projects involving cross-functional participation and coordination. Represent MEPPI to customers, vendors, MELCO, and TMEIC personnel. Conduct training for customers and employees on CPSD products and technology. Create and deliver advanced technical training for MEPPI employees on technology and core skills. Consult on and review CPSD development programs and plans. Participate in standards committees and provide MEPPI feedback as required. Provide technical support on product performance, testing, and troubleshooting techniques, including root cause analysis and failure mode evaluation. Support UPSD with customer technical specification reviews, presentations, and technical aspects of contract negotiations.
