Position Summary
Our team is supporting automation and enhancements for our members for Mental WellBeing We partner closely with our partners to develop the data feeds that drive impactful analytics. We are positioned to make a difference for the business and the customers. The goal is to enhance customer experience and accessibility as well as help them manage care more effectively, looking for ways to tailor services to members' clinical needs and deliver higher quality care for a better price.
As the Principal Data Scientist – Mental Health Wellbeing – you will work with cross functional experts across the company to design, build, and scale solutions that will enhance customer experience, help us plan for better outcomes and helping to optimize spend.
*This role can be remote in the US and must align to either central or Eastern time zone work schedules.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$144,200.00 - $288,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
