Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - Technical Lead (Java/BPM/Middleware).

Skills: Headstrong Services LLC seeks Principal Consultant - Technical Lead (Java/BPM/Middleware) (multiple positions) in New York, NY to be responsible for technical delivery of IBM BPM, Java/J2EE, and Middleware technologies development projects using Agile methodology. Manage Level 2 and Level 3 support for implemented projects. Analyze requirements, identify components or sub-components to be developed, and identify all internal/external interfaces for data exchange. Define technical design, effort estimations, coding, testing, debugging, and document solutions to fulfill the project requirements. Drive Business Process Management ensuring automation of processes work as per defined requirements and service level agreements. Responsible for process modeling, implementation, integration of technologies, performance tuning, improvements, and maintenance. Responsible for estimates for any new enhancements or extensions, provide solutions for identifying gaps, and identify opportunities to improve systems and architecture by working with teams. Coordinate technical development activities, evaluate and report project performance. Provide technical direction and supervision to offshore teams, review their deliverables, and track progress. Ensure all issues or risks identified are resolved or mitigated. Participate in daily scrum calls. Participate in the creation of user stories, feasibility analysis, effort estimation, and prioritization of change requests. Coordinate with deployment teams and other related groups for successful rollout of new systems/components in production. Coordinate with end users for User Acceptance Testing and obtain sign-off.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (all), Computer Science, Technology or related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor's degree experience in the job offered or related occupation. Foreign degree equivalents are acceptable. Position headquartered in New York, NY with placement at project sites nationwide within the United States with no additional travel required. Salary: $152,859 to $160,501 per year.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $152,859 to $160,501. The actual offer will depend on factors such as experience, skills, location, and internal equity.
