We are now looking for a Principal Consultant to join our Intapp Services Team working with our Time and Billstream products. This role is ideal for an articulate, highly disciplined individual with demonstrated consulting experience, aiming to leverage their expertise to deliver top-tier software, functional, and business consulting to some of the most complex clients globally.

• Participate as the Functional Lead during product/platform implementation projects.
• Conduct business process analysis, evaluation, and design to develop solutions that align with the client's operational and strategic goals, including implementation, development, and configuration of Intapp software.
• Create organized, detailed, yet easily understandable design documentation for capturing and conveying software configuration and development.
• Translate business requirements into process flow documentation, solution design, and system configurations to support the client's future state.
• Support the Technical Lead in implementing the client's design.
• Deliver training on the configured solutions to customers.
• Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, supporting clients through change management.
• Assist other operations teams such as Support, Customer Success, and Product.
• Create and maintain implementation and training collateral for use by the team.

• At least three years of experience in a consulting or business analyst role, preferably with enterprise cloud software and complex integrations. Experience in legal billing is a plus.
• Organized, disciplined, flexible, with strong multitasking skills.
• Emotionally intelligent, engaging, and an effective communicator.
• Personable, collaborative, mature, and professional.
• Comfortable working independently and achieving targets.
