We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Specialist with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Node.js, MongoDB, and Amazon SQS/SNS. Experience in OTT Digital Content Delivery is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with a commute to the client office 2-3 times a week.

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Amazon SQS, MongoDB, and Node.js, following software development best practices.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment, working closely with product managers in an Agile environment.
• Serve as the client point of contact for the application team/track.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
• Ensure application scalability and performance; troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain code quality, follow security best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and manage offshore teams.
• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Contribute to team success by achieving project goals and deadlines.
