Innova Solutions is searching for a visionary Principal Architect – Data & Integration to craft a unified enterprise strategy for data and integrations. Collaborating with leadership and subject matter experts, you'll design sustainable, agile, and adaptable solutions that align IT strategies with business goals.

Strategic Leadership

• Champion and evolve the enterprise Data & Integration blueprint and roadmap.
• Bridge the gap between business and IT, delivering innovative, tech-driven solutions.
• Present compelling architectural concepts to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
• Define standards ensuring quality, security, and scalability.
• Tackle technical debt and drive Data Governance initiatives.
• Partner with PMO, users, and stakeholders to uphold enterprise principles.
• Analyze and resolve critical IT inefficiencies.
• Advocate for risk-mitigated, cost-effective solutions.

Technical Leadership

• Deliver strategic insights into cloud platforms (Azure, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Mentor teams and drive best practices in implementation and knowledge transfer.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies to innovate continuously.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 10+ years in Enterprise Applications and Cloud integration; 5+ in technical leadership.
• Expertise: Azure, APIs, data modeling, and healthcare standards like HL7/FHIR.
• Leadership: Proficiency in aligning IT strategies with business goals and navigating M&A integrations.
• Master data management is a must
• Data platforms – i.e.: Data Bricks, Snowflake Required
• Data modeling – (ERD)entity relationship diagrams
• Knowledge of integration patterns and APIs
• REST API or Web services
• GraphQL
• Healthcare data protection and Healthcare industry experience is required
• RPA robotic process automation
• ETL – data transformations
• Scripting language like Python required

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
