Job Description :
This is a customer facing role focused on supporting our automotive related software and ecosystem solutions for automotive applications. You will be part of a small sized team, providing technical assistance to our partners through support case work, training material as well as contributing towards examples and small pieces of documentation. There is great potential for innovation and career progression in this role as new technologies and Arm ambitions emerge. Responsibilities:Provide support for our partners with firmware and software related problems on their Arm-based systems. Create and deliver (mostly remote) customer training material. Test engineering deliverables and provide feedback. Assist with replicating customer issues and advocating for fixes inside the product team. Write blogs, knowledge articles to educate customers, as well as review technical documentation. Mentor junior team members. Travel occasionally to Arm sites and partner locations.
