Primary Care Nurse Practitioner - Onsite in Manhattan, NY - Full Time - 4x10 (Monday - Friday) - [Salary : $170,000-$190,000 Per Yr] Our client, a membership-based preventive medicine practice, is hiring a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join their innovative care team in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Midtown Manhattan This practice is dedicated to delivering thoughtful, proactive healthcare focused on prevention, wellness, and chronic condition management - all in one modern, elegantly designed space. Specialty: Primary Care - Must have 2+ years of Primary Care experience! Schedule: 4x10s (Monday - Friday) Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Location: Manhattan (Facility-based - no home visits) What You'll Do As a Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide proactive, precision-based care with the time and support to truly make a difference. You'll focus on prevention, chronic condition management, and comprehensive wellness - all in one elegant, thoughtfully designed location. Responsibilities: Perform detailed health assessments, physicals, and screenings Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Prescribe medications, order labs and imaging, and develop care plans Perform in-facility procedures (phlebotomy, IV insertion, EKGs, etc.) Provide lifestyle and wellness counseling, focused on prevention and longevity Collaborate closely with your pod team and in-house specialists Maintain clear and compliant documentation in the EMR Required Experience Licensed NP in New York State (FNP, AGNP, or ANP) 3+ years of Nurse Practitioner experience in internal medicine, primary care, urgent care or emergency care Candidates with hospital experience highly preferred Proficient with diagnostic and point-of-care testing tools Committed to collaborative care, patient education, and preventive medicine If you're ready to elevate your practice in a space that values expertise, balance, and beautifully delivered care Salary : $170,000-$190,000 Per Yr Please Email: [email protected] #INDONE#LI-SF1 25-42907
