Primary Care in North Bend, OR - Department of Veteran Affairs : Job Details

The North Bend VA Clinic is looking to hire for a Primary Care position.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care to Veterans on a full-time basis as part of a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT).
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that includes a nurse care manager (RN), a clinical associate (Licensed Practical Nurse or Nurse Assistant), who oversee the continuous management of patient care.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with alternative schedules available.

No weekends and no call
