Job Summary To identify and resolve discrepancies between Bills of lading and TMS system / OVP / OVQ to minimize discrepancies, maximize revenue, and achieve 100% TMS compliant manifests. Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoots common and complex rate retrieval errors.
- Validates rate accuracy in the OVA application.
- Issues manifest correctors and/or coordinates updates in TMS / OVP / OVQ to resolve compliance issues.
- Navigates TMS, OVP, OVQ, and contract search features.
- Communicates and follows up to ensure compliance issues are resolved.
- Runs prechecks: ensures all Bills of Lading are rated correctly before the vessel sails.
- Reconciles discrepancies identified by running the MFTC report.
- Performs other duties as requested.
Qualifications & Key Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in a similar role or logistics, operations, supply chain pertaining to Customs Brokerage, Freight Forwarding, Trade Compliance, Import/Export regulations
