What You Can Expect
The Pricing Analyst serves as a contributor and business lead in the initiation, requirements gathering, design, prototyping, development, testing and administration of current and future price reporting and capitated billing solutions for the Pricing function. The position works in close coordination with applicable Finance, Sales, Marketing, Business Unit and IT team members in various capacities.
The Pricing Analyst also serves as the go-to for various assigned user groups and is a primary lead/contributor in the full range of change management, training, adoption, user consultation and front-line support efforts for internal and field users in the area of Pricing forecast analytics.
How You'll Create Impact
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for capitated billing solutions for the United States sales organization
Primary owner of price impact and forecast which includes the establishment and maintenance of data in sustainable and efficient structures (including actual price impact, quarterly forecasts, yearly plans).
Implement process improvements for both capitated billing and price reporting on an on-going basis
Understand current business needs specific to Pricing and deliver sustainable solutions
Technical and non-technical maintenance of analytical solutions such as dashboards, workflows, or reports
Maintain high level familiarity with other business application capabilities and scope definitions in order to make recommendations about potential integrations
Responsible for front line support of field users where the user needs training and coaching on existing functionality
Resolve issues directly where possible and escalate where necessary

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred OR equivalent experience required
SAP, Vendavo, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI experience preferred
Excel Power Query, VBA and SQL coding knowledge preferred
Minimum of three (3) years of experience assisting or taking direct responsibility for developing and implementing analytical initiatives
Previous experience working in healthcare/orthopedics preferred
Travel Expectations
Up to 10%
Quarterly visits to Warsaw, IN and potentially 1-2 trips internationally annually
