The Pricing Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing market trends, assessing customer needs, and recommending pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial analysis, experience with pricing models and forecasting, and a keen ability to communicate complex pricing concepts to non-technical stakeholders. A typical day in the life of a Pricing Analyst will include the following: The Pricing Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Develop and maintain pricing models for pharmaceutical services, incorporating market and competitive data
  • Conduct regular pricing analyses to identify trends, opportunities and risks
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to develop pricing strategies for new and existing products and services
  • Analyze customer data to understand their purchasing behaviors and willingness to pay
  • Conduct sensitivity analyses to evaluate the impact of pricing changes on revenue and profitability
  • Monitor pricing performance and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and pricing-related requests and analyses
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in pricing analysis or related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in statistical analysis and financial modeling
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with pricing software tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with pricing optimization and revenue management is a plus

  • We are located in the River Ridge Commerce Center at 150 Hilton Drive, Jeffersonville, IN. You must be willing to work in this location; PharmaCord does reimburse for tolls if applicable, at the frequent user rate. This rate is applied after 40 trips per month (valued at $655.20 per year)
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
  • This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Finance.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time, use hands to type, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to type 35 WPM with 97% accuracy.
  • Although very minimal, flexibility to travel as needed is preferred.
  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc.
