Pricing AnalystUnited Community is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Analyst to support all aspects of pricing loans and deposits. This role also contributes to various Treasury functions aligned with the bank's strategic priorities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, demonstrate initiative, and be capable of managing responsibilities with minimal supervision. What You'll Do:
- Build, maintain, and oversee standard and ad-hoc Treasury reports
- Assist in the development and maintenance of pricing tools
- Improve delivery and usability of pricing platforms for end users
- Support pricing of large and strategic deposit relationships, including Public Funds
- Generate and present reports reflecting pricing trends, risks, and opportunities
- Conduct market research and develop actionable insights aligned with strategic goals
- Provide analytical support for forecasting and strategic planning
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and data governance practices
- Maintain thorough documentation and organized files for audit readiness
- Support merger and acquisition activities and other Treasury projects
- Participate in compliance training and other required internal/external programs
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements for Success:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, data analytics, or a related field.
- Approximately 3 years of relevant experience preferred; exceptions may apply
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Proficiency in relational databases and data integration platforms
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and interest rate markets
- Ability to build scalable, efficient processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
- Experience in product pricing, profitability analysis, or related fields
- Familiarity with S&P Global Capital IQ Market Intelligence
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and credit risk
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills

- This is a full-time, non-remote position
- Up to 10% travel required.
