Job DescriptionJob Summary:The Store Manager is accountable to the District Manager and is responsible for directing, developing and managing store staff to protect company assets, maintaining store conditions, presentation, maximizing sales & gross profits, customer & team member relations through proper controls such as sanitation, merchandising, payroll, required record keeping and compliance of Company, State and Federal policies, rules, procedures, regulations and laws.
