Preventative Maintenance Technician - Revolution Company : Job Details

Revolution is now hiring for a Preventative Maintenance (PM) Technician position in Flint, MI. This role will maintain building operations and ensure that the facilities are always safe and functional. This person will conduct preventative, routine maintenance, and emergency repairs. The successful candidate will be a motivated individual who has strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability. Perform preventative maintenance, routine repairs/services, and special projects. Identify any mechanical fault that may lead to a major breakdown of machines. Conduct and/or coordinate with 3rd parties for facility upkeep, including but not limited to facility infrastructure (plumbing, lighting, compressed air, heating/cooling, electrical) building and office security/repairs, surrounding grounds, equipment guarding/safety hazard improvements.
