Job Description

Join Baker Tilly's Development & Community Advisory (DCA) team as a Project Manager focusing on Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship compliance. You will be part of a team providing services like energy and infrastructure advisory, project development, economic development, and federal grant advisory, working with clients such as Tribes, municipalities, non-profits, and for-profit entities. This role is integral to Baker Tilly's services related to the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) of 2022.

What You Will Do
  • Lead prevailing wage and apprenticeship compliance efforts for projects seeking IRA credits.
  • Facilitate meetings, train stakeholders, respond to questions, and assist project stakeholders.
  • Advise clients on prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements during construction.
  • Build and manage relationships with colleagues and clients using strong communication skills.
  • Document and analyze processes to improve workflow.
  • Support project staff in daily service delivery.
  • Participate in coaching, mentoring, and firm-wide development programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, supply chain, engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of consulting experience, including 1 year as a project manager.
  • Strong management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and Microsoft Suite skills.
  • Exceptional client service skills, ethical knowledge, and a sense of urgency.
  • Experience in construction or labor compliance is a plus.
Additional Information

The compensation range is $124,910 to $270,620, influenced by skills, experience, and location.
