About the Role

The Company is in search of a President to lead one of its portfolio businesses, with a clear path to the CEO role after a year. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the company's scale, both through organic and inorganic methods, and will be expected to transform the business, accelerate revenue growth, and professionalize its operations. The role demands a passionate and committed leader with a strong commercial orientation, capable of honoring the company's legacy while steering it towards a more diversified and robust future. The ideal candidate will have a background in logistically intensive and/or outsourced business models, with a focus on senior commercial leadership, and a proven track record of at least 15 years in a progressive career, ideally with experience in M&A and a solid understanding of the private equity environment. Key responsibilities for the President include leading the business through a well-planned succession process, implementing a disciplined commercial excellence protocol, and enhancing the go-to-market strategy. The role also involves diversifying the customer and end market mix to create a stronger foundation for the business. While experience in private equity is not mandatory, a strong background in M&A and a history of successful business transformation are essential. The candidate should be adept at applying ROI-driven, repeatable, measurable, and scalable systems and processes to professionalize the business and drive its growth.
