Preschool Director - O2B Early Education : Job Details

Cedars Preschool, part of the O2B Early Education family of brands, is seeking a preschool director for our Gainesville location. We value a positive work environment, opportunities for growth, and a passion for coaching others.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Communicate daily with parents
• Assist in hiring staff
• Manage facility staffing
• Ensure licensing compliance
• Support the director/facility manager
• Conduct staff training and resolve conflicts
• Hold parent meetings
• Attend corporate director trainings and meetings
• Maintain center enrollment
• Foster a fun and engaging environment

Qualifications:

• CDA, Associate's Degree or higher
• Georgia director qualifications
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Experience with children aged 0-13 years
• Management experience
