As the School Director, you will lead the overall safety, operations, and educational excellence of the school. Youll implement the curriculum while overseeing staff to ensure best practices that support every childs holistic development. Your role includes conducting daily rounds of the school, observing classrooms, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Youll also be responsible for staff performance reviews, training, and hiring, in addition to coordinating school events, family tours, and DCF inspections. Effective communication with staff, leadership teams, and parents will be crucial in maintaining a collaborative and safe learning environment, ensuring the financial health of the school, and keeping track of essential documentation such as lesson plans, fire drills, and student portfolios.

• Oversee school safety and holistic development initiatives.
• Conduct daily school-wide observations and weekly staff evaluations.
• Train, supervise, and motivate staff, ensuring best practices.

$70,000 - $75,000 USD per year, based on experience.
