We are currently seeking a passionate individual with daycare or preschool experience to join our team as a Preschool Center Director.

As a Preschool Assistant Center Director at The Learning Experience, You Will:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating passion for making a positive impact on children and staff. Foster an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity.
  • Ensure the physical center environment complies with health and safety standards and licensing regulations.
  • Build and maintain a qualified staff through sourcing, training, coaching, and engagement.
  • Guide teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging engaging characters to create a fun and enriching learning experience.
  • Drive business results such as family retention, enrollment growth, and operational efficiency. Manage accounts receivable/payable, generate P&L reports, and oversee payroll.
  • Engage prospective families via in-person and virtual tours, and organize community marketing events to increase enrollment.

  • Have two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year (required).
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
  • Have strong knowledge of licensing rules and regulations.
