As a Prepared Meals and Rotisserie Chicken Specialist, you will prepare delicious, fresh food items daily, including our always warm, ready-to-go rotisserie chicken. • Ensuring high-quality products are available in our prepared foods section.
• Maintaining cleanliness, monitoring temperature controls, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of subpar food items.
• Preparing and serving ready-to-eat meals.
• Ensuring the sales floor adheres to company policies by managing claims, zoning the area, organizing merchandise, and identifying shrinkage and damages.
• Keeping a clean, sanitized, and welcoming area for members.

As a team member, you will:

• Maintain current knowledge of product specifications and effectively collaborate with team members.
• Prepare food as per specifications while understanding future production needs.
• Follow food safety standards and sanitation guidelines diligently.
• Use technology to enhance sales and improve the shopping experience for members.
• Drive area performance by managing merchandise, ensuring quality control, and guiding peers with a focus on customer needs.

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $17.00 to $24.00, with additional performance incentives and premium pay opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older and able to complete all required training and assessments.

Preferred Qualifications: Food Service experience and Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).
