Prep Cook - Mohican Lodge : Job Details

Mohican Lodge is looking for a 2nd shift (evening hours) prep cook to assist as a bar back and help prepare and cook pizzas. Mohican Lodge is offering $15.00 per hour paid bi-weekly for this position located in Perrysville, OH.

• Perform opening and closing duties for scheduled shift.
• Prepare menu items according to menu specifications.
• Complete preparation list for the next day according to written instructions.
• Keep work area clean during shift and follow cleaning list at the end of the shift.
• Follow all sanitation guidelines.
• Demonstrated proper food handling techniques.
• Previous sanitation experience Equipment used and experience a plus.
• All equipment used in food preparation; 3 months. Including but not limited to: Slicers, food choppers, ovens, stoves, knives, and refrigerators.
• Must be able to lift and carry 40 lbs repeatedly.
• Must be able to communicate with all members of the team.
• Must be able to maintain a full uniform.
• Willingness to learn all aspects of a kitchen.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays depending on business needs.
