Premium Clubs Server - University of Central Florida - Compass Group, PLC : Job Details

The Premium Clubs Server is responsible for delivering food and beverage items from the kitchen to the stadium clubs. In this position, the server should have an understanding of the content of the menu and ensures that food is delivered in a timely fashion. The server should understand and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and help with the execution of area setup and breakdown. Key Areas of Responsibility: - Ensures all food and beverage is properly delivered and/or stored based upon notes or suite orders. - Knowledgeable on all menu offerings. - Follows set up and break down processes efficiently. - Understands all event paperwork and reports. - Establishes rapport with guests and understands suggestive and upselling techniques. - Adheres to location appearance guidelines. - Acts with a sense of urgency and professionalism. - Employs good safety and sanitation practices. - Follows responsible alcohol service policies. - Understands the importance of maintaining equipment ...Server, University, Restaurant, Retail
