This role is criticalin setting the foundation for successful project execution and delivery.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the preconstruction phase of projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to define project scope and requirements.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Develop comprehensive project schedules and timelines to facilitate effective project management.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues during construction.
  • Oversee the preparation of bids and proposals, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and maintain strong relationships throughout the preconstruction phase.
  • Review construction documents and specifications for compliance with building codes and standards.
  • Coordinate procurement processes to secure necessary materials and services on time.
  • Implement value engineering practices to optimize project costs and quality.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in preconstruction or construction management.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Experience with cost estimation and contract management is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
