Our client, a commercial construction company, is hiring a Senior Manager of Preconstruction (Healthcare) in Nashville, TN (Brentwood). This role will oversee the full project lifecycle from concept through construction,including preconstruction planning, design coordination, and construction execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead preconstruction efforts, including bids, proposals, and budgets

• Prepare and present detailed estimates and proposals

• Conduct quantity take-offs, cost analyses, and conceptual budgeting

• Collaborate with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders

• Identify project risks and align plans with business goals

• Use construction estimating tools and adopt Lean practices to improve workflow

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of preconstruction or estimating experience

• Experience in healthcare/hospital construction space

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Strong knowledge of drawings, specs, estimating software, and field operations

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Revit, Lens, or Destiny preferred

• Understanding of MBE/WBE/SBA requirements

• Must have valid driver's license and be able to travel as needed

• Base salary in the 150k-200k range
