Key Responsibilities

• Follow detailed work instructions, process sheets, and technical specifications
• Operate manual and CNC equipment for grinding, milling, and polishing tasks
• Inspect finished parts using precision measurement tools
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during production
• Optimize production efficiency while maintaining quality standards
• Document procedures and maintain accurate records of work performed

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2+ years of relevant post-secondary education or training
• Strong understanding of mechanical concepts and basic math/geometry
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
• Must pass a mechanical aptitude test, drug screen, and background check

Preferred Experience

• Work or hobbies involving mechanical tools or systems (e.g., automotive, machining, electronics)
• Experience in production, manufacturing, or hands-on technical roles
• Roles that require careful attention to detail or precision work
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and think critically under pressure
