Key Responsibilities
- Follow detailed work instructions, process sheets, and technical specifications
- Operate manual and CNC equipment for grinding, milling, and polishing tasks
- Inspect finished parts using precision measurement tools
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during production
- Optimize production efficiency while maintaining quality standards
- Document procedures and maintain accurate records of work performed
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 2+ years of relevant post-secondary education or training
- Strong understanding of mechanical concepts and basic math/geometry
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- Must pass a mechanical aptitude test, drug screen, and background check
Preferred Experience
- Work or hobbies involving mechanical tools or systems (e.g., automotive, machining, electronics)
- Experience in production, manufacturing, or hands-on technical roles
- Roles that require careful attention to detail or precision work
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and think critically under pressure
