What you will do:The Precast Labor position performs all tasks involved in the production of the precast products.
- Cultivate a positive safety culture at the plant location.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Prepare molds and forms for casting concrete.
- Mixes and pours concrete into molds and forms.
- Applying reinforcement materials, such as rebar.
- Transporting and installing the precast concrete at the construction site.
- Maintains and clean and organized work area.
Experience and abilities you will need:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools and layout tools safe and efficiently.
- Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
- Valid driver's license.
