We are looking for qualified, motivated and exceptional individulas to become part of our team.What Are We Looking For?As an innovative and highly respected leader in the automotive industry,we are looking for a driven, diligent, thorough and experienced Pre Owned Director to join our team at Honda of North Hollywood .We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefit package with an outstanding 401(k) program.What Will I Be Doing?

• Maintain sustainable dealership production levels as defined by the General Manager and Senior Leadership
• Set an example of professionalism through actions and appearance
• Create and execute an action plan to effectively manage the sales team
• Maintain superior customer service (CSI) through dealership culture
• Ensure target revenues are met or exceeded
• Responsible for profitability in the used vehicle department
• Ensure that inventory levels and product mix are consistent with the direction from the General Manager or Senior Leadership
• Work closely with sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods
• Set objectives for achieving sales and gross profits
• Manage pre-owned cars inventory
• Assist the General Manager in developing an advertising / marketing plan
• Responsible for developing a productive relationship throughout the various dealership departments - F&I, accounting, service, and parts
• Provide guidance, support and motivation to ensure employees are maximizing their ability and growth potential
• Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees, manufacturers, lenders, vendors and customers
• Continue to maintain our dealership's value, quality, and integrity
• Analyze information and evaluate alternatives in an effort to resolve issues and make sound, timely decisions

QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Individual should possess:

• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required; college degree preferred
• At least three (3) years of sales management experience
• Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation/closing skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
• Strong written and communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
• Experience and familiarity with various Automotive systems
• DealertrackDMS and Vauto experience preferred
• Consistent and stable work history
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Ability to apply a common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
• Have and maintain an excellent driving record.
• All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen
